갈라타사라이는 46개의 국내대회 우승 타이틀을 보유하고 있는데, 쉬페르리그를 역대 최다인 19회, 튀르키예 쿠파스도 14회로 역대 최다, 쉬페르쿠파도 13회로 최다 우승팀이다. 이스탄불 축구_리그가 해체되면서 1959년에 새로 출범한 쉬페르리그에서 모든 시즌에 개근한 세 개의 클럽들 중 하나이며, 쉬페르리그 4연패 경험이 있는 유일한 클럽이다.
