낙지볶음 (조방낙지)

조방낙지는 부산광역시 동구 범일동 조선방직 부근에서 시작된 향토 음식으로 방직공장 노동자들의 애환이 담긴 음식으로 부산 특유의 낙지볶음을 의미한다. 일명 ‘조방낙지’로 알려진 매콤한 낙지볶음 요리는 일제강점기부터 1960년대까지 있던 조선방직 앞, 즉 동구 범일동 일대에서 유래하였다. '조방'이라함은 지금의 부산광역시 동구 범일동 자유시장 부근 일대에 있던 조선방직주식회사을 줄여서 불렀던 명칭이다. 조선방직은 1917년 11월 일제가 우리나라 목화의 재배와 매매 및 면사방직과 판매에 대한 영리를 목적으로 세운 방직공장이다.
