샤오룽바오 (딘타이펑, 鼎泰豊)

샤오롱바오는 중국 상하이의 난샹(南翔)에 있는 유명한 딤섬에서 유래되었으며 "Nanxiang Xiaolongtoutou"라고 불린다. 속이 비칠 정도의 얇은 피에 전통적인 고기소를 넣어 쪄낸 만두입니다. 찜통에서 막 쪄내 샤오롱 바오는 윤기가 좔좔 흐르면서 저절로 군침 돌게 만든다. 먹을 때 는 뜨거운 육즙에 입이 데지않도록 만두를 숟가락에 올려 젓가락으로 작은 구멍을 내어 식혀서 먹는 것을 추천 드린다.

Xiaolongbao (Din Tai Fung)

Xiaolongbao is a type of Chinese steamed bun (baozi) from Jiangsu province, especially associated with Wuxi and Shanghai (Shanghai was formerly a part of Jiangsu province). In Shanghainese, they are known as siaulon moedeu or xiaolong-style mantous as Wu Chinese-speaking peoples use the traditional definition of "mantou", which refers to both filled and unfilled buns. It is traditionally prepared in xiaolong, which is a kind of small bamboo steaming basket, which give them their name.
