Durgun Lake

Durgun Lake, a breathtaking salt lake located in the area of Durgun Sum of Khovd Province, is a true natural wonder. With an expansive area of 305 square kilometers, it is one of the largest lakes in the Gobi region. The lake is adjacent to Khar Lake, and it is connected to Khar Lake by the Khom channel and to the small intermediate Nogoon Lake by the Mergen channel.
