유스티니아누스 1세 (483-565)
유스티니아누스 1세 또는 유스티니아누스 대제는 527년부터 565년까지 로마 제국의 황제였다. 삼촌인 유스티누스 1세에 이어 제국을 통치했으며 중세 로마 제국의 영토를 넓히고 여러 가지 제도를 개혁하고 하기아 소피아를 재건하는 등 많은 업적을 쌓았다.
