에곤 쉴레 (1890-1918)

에곤 쉴레 는 오스트리아 출신 화가이다. 1906년 빈 미술 아카데미에 입학 하였으나, 보수적인 학교에 반발하여 몇몇 동료들과 ‘새로운 예술가 그룹’을 결성하고 3년 만에 학교를 그만두었다. ‘오스트리아 화가 연맹’의 클림트를 만나 많은 교류를 하였다.
