티베트영양
티베트영양은 티베트영양속의 유일한 종이다. 키는 1.2미터정도이다. 티베트 자치구의 티베트 고원에서 자생하며, 네팔에도 서식한 적이 있다. 치루는 티베트어에서 유래한 것이다. 털은 회색에서 밤적색으로 다양하다. 현재 개체수는 75000마리로 50년전에 수백만마리가 있었던 것에 비하면 적은 편이다.

The Tibetan antelope or chiru is a medium-sized bovid native to the Tibetan plateau. Fewer than 150,000 mature individuals are left in the wild, but the population is currently thought to be increasing.
