서울로 7017

서울로 7017은 '1970년 만들어진 고가도로가 2017년 17개의 사람이 다니는 길로 다시 태어난다'는 뜻에서 명명된 서울역고가도로의 도시 재생 공원화 사업명이다. 서울시는 서울역고가를 공원화해 2017년 5월 20일에 개장하였고, 인근 보행로와 고가를 잇는 구조물을 추가 설치해 최종적으로 총 17개의 보행로와 연결할 계획이다.

Seoullo 7017 is a elevated, linear park in Seoul, built atop a former highway overpass. The path, which is about one kilometer in length and lined with 24,000 plants, is similar to New York City's High Line. Skygarden was designed by MVRDV, a Dutch firm, and opened in May 2017.
