싸이끄락이산

태국 이산 지역 (북동부 지방)이 원산지인 시큼한 맛의 발효 소시지다. 돼지 고기와 찹쌀과 마늘 등 각종 향신료를 첨가하여 만들어지며 일반적으로 새 눈 고추, 생 양배추 및 얇게 썬 생강과 함께 제공되는 간식으로 먹는다.
