에버글레이즈 국립공원

플로리다주 마이애미 남서쪽으로 80km만 가면 나타나는 에버글레이즈 국립공원은 미국에서 가장 다양한 생태계를 자랑한다. 공원 내의 보존된 습지와 늪지대, 장초로 덮인 초원과 맹그로브에는 매너티, 악어와 좀처럼 만나기 힘든 플로리다 퓨마 등 희귀한 멸종 위기종이 서식하고 있다.
