나이아가라 폭포

나이아가라 폭포는 미국과 캐나다에 걸친 북아메리카에서 가장 큰 폭포이다. 미국 뉴욕주 나이아가라 폴스와 캐나다 온타리오주 나이아가라 폴스의 국경을 이루는 나이아가라 강에 있는 폭포이다. 이리 호에서 흘러나온 나이아가라 강이 온타리오 호로 들어가는 도중에 형성된 대폭포이다.

Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls is the collective name for three waterfalls that straddle the international border between the Canadian province of Ontario and the American state of New York. They form the southern end of the Niagara Gorge. From largest to smallest, the three waterfalls are the Horseshoe Falls, the American Falls and the Bridal Veil Falls.
