바클라바

바클라바는 터키 디저트이다. 는 터키를 비롯한 근동, 발칸 그리고 남 아시아 요리에 들어가 있는 일종의 밀가루 반죽 스위트 디저트다. 요약적으로, 얇은 유프카(밀가루 반죽을 얇게 민 것)들 사이에 지역에 따라 호두, 안텝 피스타치오, 아몬드 또는 개암 등을 넣어 만든다. 일반적으로 설탕 시럽으로 맛을 낸다. 또한 꿀 시럽도 사용될 수 있다. 일부 회사들은 자신들 고유의 시럽을 사용한다.
