아다나 케밥

아다나 케밥은 터키에서 덥기로 유명한 Adana지역의 케밥이다. 맵싸한 양념을 한 다진 고기로 만든 케밥이다. 부드럽게 다진 고기에 매운 양념을 하고 철제 꼬챙이에 꽂아 숯불이나 화덕에서 구워낸다.

Adana kebabı is a long, hand-minced meat kebab mounted on a wide iron skewer and grilled on an open mangal filled with burning charcoal. The culinary item is named after Adana, the fifth largest city of Turkey and was originally known as the "Kıyma kebabı" (lit: minced meat kebab) or Kıyma in Adana-Mersin and the southeastern provinces of Turkey.
