간디 슴리티(추모 기념관)

간디 슴리티는 1948년 1월 30일 마하트마 간디가 암살 당하기 전까지 거주했던 공간을 박물관으로 개조하였다. 마하트마 간디가 실제로 사용했던 물레와 책 등 간디의 행적이 전시되어 있으며, 인도 독립의 과정을 전시해두었다.

Gandhi Smriti

Gandhi Smriti formerly known as Birla House or Birla Bhavan, is a museum dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, situated on Tees January Road, formerly Albuquerque Road, in New Delhi, India. It is the location where Mahatma Gandhi spent the last 144 days of his life and was assassinated on 30 January 1948. It was originally the house of the Indian business tycoons, the Birla family.
