캐롤라이나 팬서스(영어: Carolina Panthers)는 미국 노스캐롤라이나州(주) 샬럿에 본거지를 둔 NFL팀이다. NFC 남부지구에 소속되어 있다.

The Carolina Panthers are a professional American football team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Panthers compete in the National Football League (NFL), as a member club of the league's National Football Conference (NFC) South division. The team is headquartered in Bank of America Stadium in uptown Charlotte; also the team's home field. They are one of the few NFL teams to own the stadium they play in, which is legally registered as Panthers Stadium, LLC.
