태극권

태극권(太極拳)은 중국 북파(北派)에서 발전한 무술 유파로 소림권(少林拳)과 함께 중국의 양대 권법을 이루고 있다. 중국에서 가장 많은 수련 인구를 보유한 유파로 유명하며, 청나라 이후 오랜 세월을 거치며 대개 5개의 문파로 발전해서 전해지고 있다. 진가, 양가, 무가, 오가, 손가태극권을 말하며 조보가에서 나온 홀뢰가도 있지만 하는 이들은 적고 귀하다.
