라오산 (노산, 崂山 1,133m)

중국 청도에는 노산(라오산)이라는 산이 있다. 같은 산동성 지방에 있는 태산과 비교하여 중국 사람들은 ‘태산이 높다 하되, 노산의 아름다움에는 미치지 못한다’라고 말하기도 한다. 바다와 어우러진 노산의 모습은 ‘중국 사람들의 이런 말이 빈말은 아니었구나!’ 하고 느끼게 해준다.

Mount Lao is a mountain located near the East China Sea on the southeastern coastline of the Shandong Peninsula in China. The mountain is culturally significant due to its long affiliation with Taoism and is often regarded as one of the "cradles of Taoism". It is the highest coastal mountain in China and the second highest mountain in Shandong, with the highest peak reaching 1,132.7 m.
