조일수교조규 (강화도조약, 인천) (1876.2.27)
강화도조약은 1876년(고종 13)에 강화부에서 조선과 일본 사이에 체결된 불평등 조약이다. 정식 명칭은 조일수호조규이다. 메이지유신으로 근대국가로의 급속한 발전을 이룩한 일본은 조선과 근대적 국교 관계를 맺기 위해 교섭해 왔다. 일본은 국교 촉진 방안으로 무력시위를 택하여 군사력을 동원하였다. 강화도에서 일어난 윤요호 사건을 계기로 원산·인천의 개항, 일본의 조선 연안 측량권 및 영사 재판권 인정 등을 내용으로 하는 12조로 된 조약이 체결되었다. 일본의 식민주의적 침략의 시발점이 되었다.

The Japan–Korea Treaty of 1876, also known as the Japan-Korea Treaty of Amity in Japanese or Treaty of Ganghwa Island in Korean, was made between representatives of the Empire of Japan and the Korean Kingdom of Joseon in 1876. Negotiations were concluded on February 26, 1876.
