뉘른베르크 국제군사재판 (1945.11.20-1946.10.1)

뉘른베르크 국제군사재판은 제2차 세계 대전 직후인 1945년부터 1946년까지 나치 독일 전범들의 전쟁범죄를 처벌하기 위해 독일의 뉘른베르크에서 진행된 재판이다. 제2차 세계 대전이 막바지에 이른 1945년 미국, 영국, 소련은 얄타 회담, 포츠담 회담 등을 거쳐 종전 후 나치 독일 전범의 처리 문제에 관하여 협의를 진행하였다.

The Nuremberg trials were held by the Allies against representatives of the defeated Nazi Germany for plotting and carrying out invasions of other countries and atrocities against their citizens in World War II. Between 1933 and 1945, Nazi Germany invaded many countries across Europe, inflicting 27 million deaths in the Soviet Union alone.
