조일수교조규 (강화도조약, 인천) (1876.2.27)

조일수호조규 또는 강화도 조약은 (고종 13년) 조선과 일본 제국 사이에 체결된 조약이다. 다른 명칭으로는 한일수호조약 또는 병자수호조약(丙子修好條約) 등으로 부르기도 하며, 흔히 강화도 조약으로 알려진 이 조약의 정식 명칭은 조일수호조규, 일본측에는 병자수교조약이라고도 부른다. 한일 관계에서 중요한 의의가 있으며, 근대 국제법의 토대 위에서 맺은 최초의 조약이며, 일본의 강압적 위협으로 맺어진 불평등 조약이다.

The Japan–Korea Treaty of 1876, also known as the Japan-Korea Treaty of Amity in Japanese or Treaty of Ganghwa Island in Korean, was made between representatives of the Empire of Japan and the Korean Kingdom of Joseon in 1876. Negotiations were concluded on February 26, 1876.
