필라델피아 미술관
신고전주의 양식의 필라델피아 미술관은 언덕 위에 자리잡고 앉아 도시를 굽어보고 있다. 필라델피아 미술관의 200개가 넘는 전시실에서는 227,000여 점의 전시물이 관람객들을 맞이한다. 직물과 도구, 회화와 사진 등 다양한 전시물로 구성된 전시에는 미국, 유럽, 아시아의 예술 작품도 포함되어 있다. 로댕 미술관과 앤 다농쿠르 조각 정원, 인근의 페렐만 관도 단지 안에 자리잡고 있다.
Philadelphia Museum of Art
The Philadelphia Museum of Art is an art museum originally chartered in 1876 for the Centennial Exposition in Philadelphia. The main museum building was completed in 1928 on Fairmount, a hill located at the northwest end of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway at Eakins Oval. The museum administers collections containing over 240,000 objects including major holdings of European, American and Asian origin.
